The Rally Point is a building you need to have in order to be able to build the Barracks and then train troops. A Rally Point can then help you manage the troops, send them to reinforce, raid or attack a village and it also offers a Combat simulation option to better calculate the number of soldiers to send.
But where is that rally point?
First of all .. let’s look at the following image, that shows us how a village looks:
You will see now that almost all buildings have a round spot they are built on. Still, right in the middle of the village you see a banana shaped place (with some people and park benches). That’s your rally point. It was already built.

In order to construct the Rally Point you need to spend:
110 units of Lumber
60 units of Clay
80 units of Iron
60 units of Crop
As you noticed, it’s a small requirement since it’s considered as a “basic” building you need. Now you have to locate that small place near the Main Building (with that banana shape) and place that rally point there.
