Resiko tidak memilih 15C atau 9C untuk desa kedua:
Sudah jelas resikonya, player lain terlebih dahulu mengambilnya.
tapi kembali lagi pada diri masing-masing, apakah anda sudah menguasai 14x14 di wilayah anda?
jika sudah, hampir mustahil ada player lain yang bisa mengambil 15c di wilayah anda.

jika sudah tau akan resiko itu, cepat2lah membangun catapult di desa kedua, saat ada player lain yang merebut jatah 15C anda, serang sampai pop 0 ke desa 15C, dan raid desa utamanya.

saya sudah pernah mengunakan taktik ini, memang, supply yg di dapat lebih banyak sekitar 100rb per jam dibandingkan ibukota 4x4x4x6

untuk travian versi 3.5:
anda harus benar2 memperhatikan pabrik bir.
pabrik bir hanya bisa dibangun di ibukota, akan tetapi efeknya untuk semua pasukan anda.
jika dalam efek perayaan bir, maka pasukan anda akan mendapatkan bonus penyerangan 1% per level (mentok lvl 10)
TAPI kekuatan persuasif chief hanya 50%, target catapult pun ngacak.

jadi, jangan mengelar festival bir saat anda sedang mau conquare desa lain. harus timing yang tepat untuk mengelar festival bir.

Bagaimana cara membuat 200 Clubswinger hanya dalam 3 hari?

I have already discussed here about being able to get catapults in 10 days on a server due to the fact I was raiding like crazy. Then others came with the normal question: “but how can you get to 200 clubswingers in 3 days?”

If you go on the resource route, then you have many weeks to get to this. But the Teutons have the best thing a raider needs: the clubswinger. Cheap, pretty fast, carries a lot. This is what we need.

As soon as I register on the account (not in the first days, I like to let 4-5 days to pass, this moves me to the side and the chances to get more farms increase. As soon as I have the account ready I upgrade the Main Building to level 3 and see the Rally Point constructed. While my barracks get constructed too, I already open ALL village squares near me to see if they can be attacked. Some are still in the beginner protection, while others can be raided. I open the link, put a number in any of the troop fill in boxes and the answer is relevant: “no troops selected” means the village is not under protection but I can’t attack yet (true, the barracks are still being constructed or the clubswingers are in the making).

NEVER attack with the first clubswinger you get. The system allows you to create 2 and then you need to raid a bit for the third one. I start on the under 9 population villages. This way they don’t have the pesky rat or any army (not enough population points for any of these). The 30-30-30-30 loot will be useful for my next soldier. Can’t yet train it, I need another raid, but I already have more than I would produce in an hour at 8 resources as my fields give me.

After some raid the barracks should be working non-stop. I also grow my granary and warehouse (the resources come uneven and I can easily have an iron or crop overflow. Not a huge deal, but I don’t like wasting. I also get the market place up to use the NPC trader if needed or trade normally.

All these days I don’t do anything but put another level in the barracks (to “spit” soldiers faster) and raid all living souls near me. If you have lots of villages near that are not in the beginner protection, then you can work wonders. The more you raid, the more you gain. Put all resources in the army and you’d be amazed to see how many soldiers you can amass ;)

Saat Profilmu berkata terlalu banyak

In another article I’d like to present you some ideas about the importance of NOT letting your profile blank, but right now it would be a good idea to try and see why sometimes it’s a good idea to not give too much information.

We can start with an example. Few weeks ago I started playing on one of the .com servers. I was still in the beginner protection (7 days, since the server started earlier). My main concern was to get some clubswingers as soon as possible to start raiding. I like to play as a teuton and I steal as much as possible.

While scouring the area for some villages to attack, my eyes fell on some guys profile. Saying how advanced he is, how much he’s raiding other people and how big his army is. It was very clear to me at that moment that the guy was gonna hit my village the second I got out of the server protection. So I created some more soldiers to be able to raid and then focused on the crannies since it was expected that I’d have visitors.

The fact he warned me with his profile, helped me a lot. I knew clearly what he was up to and he didn’t stand a chance into getting resources. As you can imagine he raided for 4-5 days and got 0 resources all the time. After that he stopped. If it wasn’t for that extensive profile information, maybe I would have been careless with the crannies and his attacks would have been successful.

During his and others attacks (my population was still small and they were as aggressive as I am) I thought maybe it would be “cool” to let a note in my profile that I have crannies and they wouldn’t get anything. But then I thought: WHY? Let them lose troop time to raid a village that won’t give them 1 resource at least. The time they lose sending 60-100 clubbies in my village is the time they won’t raid others, it’s the time I spend successfully raiding and then getting bigger than them.

Letting people know very few things is a good idea (kinda saves you from the attacks some start because they think you’re just a “noob”), but try to not divulge too much. Why help your enemies with such important information? If they know less, they tend to make more mistakes and you can thus develop better.

Bagaimana cara mendapat Catapult dalam sebulan?

This is an outline of how I was able to research catapults and have a second city in a non-gold server in 1 months time.

I started playing Travian on the s2 server on December 8, 2006. I wrote the article in January 8, 2007 .. only 1 month passed and I had all these. How was it possible? With the small resource fields we have on this server (this is not the speed server) and in such small time? Well, here is how I did this.

First thing when I started: build rally point and main building level 3. Why? Because I could construct BARRACKS. I had a 2 weeks beginner protection since I started 3 months after the server started. I used all this time to get some troops and farm around.

After spending resources on these buildings I was almost broke. But I got some resources from the game at start after building some crop and resource fields. I waited then 1 day. Because I had nothing and my resource fields were producing something like 5/hour.

After 2 days in Travian I was able to train my first 2 clubswingers. I sent them to raid a neighbour.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Never send only 1 soldier to raid. Even if the target is a 2 population village HE WILL GET KILLED. Don’t know if there’s an explanation for this, but this is how it works. So if you’re willing to send soldiers make it a team of at least 2.

My first 2 soldiers came home with 120 resources in total (aprox. 30 of each). Not a lot you might say, but in 1 hour I got more of the resources I’d produce in 6 hours (5/hour as I mentioned before). I kept on sending them and after 2-3 successful raids I was able to train one more and so on …

SCOUTS … Don’t think scouts are not important because they are. And instead of getting some resources up, I just spent all my raided resources on getting to the next thing: SCOUTS. I needed an academy (had to upgrade the barracks to level 3, the main builing was already at level 3 since I made the barracks) and upgrade the barracks to level 3.

The good thing about the teutons (that’s what I play) is that their scouts are pedestrians and that means I don’t have to build stables to train them. Less expenses.

Why are the scouts important? Because now I can:

1. see what my farm has in the warehouse before sending troops. They might have a LOT of resources and I might send less troops. Instead of being informed I waste a lot of time not sending the right amount of troops. Or they might have less than I expect and I send 100 paladins for 100 resources. Scout before you attack.

2. I can see if anyone else is scouting me. This is very important too: you have NO IDEA how many times a day you’re village is scouted. And I bet none of my farms (50-60 villages I raid), don’t even dream that I have a list with them all and I know what they’ve got in store.

It was normal for me to start with the scouts, so this was my next step after getting some soldiers. As I already mentioned I didn’t rely on resource fields but on farming. And I got thousands of resources each day because of this.

I finished the first 10 days with an army of more than 150 clubbies and scouts. The next thing for me was to make some paladins (they carry a lot of resources and are faster) and prepare for catapults.

Why is a catapult important? Well, most of the time it’s useless, but there are some times when you need to put your foot down and use them. And researching them is VERY expensive, but in many days, if you’re organized, you can make it.

I spent a lot of time upgrading the academy and getting the workshop to the needed level. For the main village I chose to build a palace (since I’ll need a stonemason afterwards) and upgraded it to level 10. The next step was to get a second village close to the main one.

It’s been a month since I started … some people made all these things in less time, but I am not such an expert. Still I think it’s kinda OK to have catas, paladins, teuton knights, rams and a second village in 1 month’s time.
